Mary Jo has spent a decade in strategic executive retained recruitment and talent management guidance from both the client and the service provider side. She has been on the board of a number of not-for-profit organizations and has been a guest lecturer at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. Prior to this, Mary Jo spent 10+ years with IBM in a variety of corporate and field roles in Operations, Finance, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Office of the President.
